Most people don't succeed at personal branding.
Because they don't do 3 things:
1. They don't define their offer
The key to personal branding is figuring out what you want to be known for.
What unique skills or perspectives do you have that you can offer to others, what can you provide that nobody else can?
Once you know what your "offer" is, you can start to craft your personal brand around it.
2. They don't define their audience
Knowing who you want to be known among is just as important as what you want to be known for.
Think about who would benefit most from your skills and perspectives and identify your target audience.
Knowing your target audience will help you create content they'll like.
3. They don't strategize their content
Your content should help you achieve your goals and help your target audience.
Oftentimes, people just focus on creating content that helps them and not their audience.
Other times, people create content that helps their audience but not themselves.
Figure out what works best for you and your audience and get started!
The key to personal branding is to figure out what you want to be known for (your offer), identify your target audience, and strategize your content accordingly.
That's all for this week.
