How to Master ChatGPT for 100% Authentic Content

AI Without the AI Sound, is it even possible?

AI for authentic content? Sounds contradictory, right?

I get it. Some of you might be thinking:
“How is it even possible?”

But not only is it possible, it’s one of the most efficient ways to create content.

And today, I’ll show you exactly how to do it.

Step 1: Record a Loom Video & Get the Transcript

First things first, record your content.

I use Loom to record a long-form video (5-10 min).

Why?

It’s fast. No heavy editing.
It captures my raw thoughts.

Once recorded, copy the transcript from Loom.
Just head to the right-hand sidebar, click on Activities, and you’ll see the transcript.

Easy. Done.

Step 2: Clean the Transcript Using ChatGPT

Now, take that raw transcript and drop it into ChatGPT.

Use this simple prompt:

"Clean this transcript. Remove timestamps, filler words, and unnecessary phrases. Keep my voice and tone intact."

ChatGPT will format it properly, keeping it 100% your voice.

(If you’re wondering—yes, I did this for this very newsletter.)

Step 3: Train ChatGPT on Your Voice & Style

This is where most people mess up when using AI.

They expect ChatGPT to magically sound like them.

But unless you train it, it won’t.

Here’s how to do it:

1️⃣ Ask it: “Do you know who I am?”

2️⃣ If it doesn’t, feed it your LinkedIn About section and say:
“Update what you know about me.”

3️⃣ Upload a PDF of your LinkedIn profile and say:
“Analyze this and refine how you understand my voice.”

4️⃣ Give it 20-30 of your past LinkedIn posts.
(Yes, the posts that actually performed well.)

Now, ChatGPT knows you.

Not just your bio, but your tone, structure, and writing style.

Step 4: Verify ChatGPT Understands You Completely

Don’t assume it’s ready. Test it.

Ask it:

"Summarize my voice, style, and tone."

It should say something like:

Conversational & Direct – No fluff, no jargon.
Storytelling-Driven – Short, punchy sentences.
Actionable & Practical – Clear takeaways, structured insights.

If it doesn’t sound exactly like you, tweak it. Feed it more content.

Step 5: Convert the Transcript Into Multiple LinkedIn Posts

Once your transcript is cleaned and ChatGPT knows your voice, it’s time to repurpose.

Here’s how:

Story PostA personal struggle + transformation
Opinion PostA strong take on a common mistake
Observation PostA simple insight that makes people think
Quick Tip PostStraight to the point, no fluff
Carousel PostA step-by-step breakdown with visuals

All these posts link back to this newsletter, creating an ecosystem of content.

Prompt:

"Based on what you know about me, the transcript I’ve shared, and my past LinkedIn posts, transform this transcript into the following LinkedIn post formats:

→ Story post
→ Opinion post
→ Observation post
→ Quick tip post
→ Carousel post

Guidelines:

✅ All posts must be mobile-optimized for LinkedIn.
✅ If any information is missing, ask a question instead of filling gaps with generic content.
✅ When in doubt, ask rather than assume.
✅ Do not generate generic, shallow, or AI-sounding content.
✅ Maintain my voice and style exactly as shown in my previous posts and transcript.
✅ Avoid jargon, AI-related terms, and long dashes (—). Use simple punctuation instead.
✅ Use everyday language that sounds natural and conversational.

Failing to meet these guidelines is NOT an option."
